We’ve attempted to provide as much information as possible in this guide to assist you with the planning of your trip. However, we thought it would be useful to give you an initial summary of our current arrangements and how we foresee the rest of our plans rolling out.
Wedding date
The wedding ceremony is booked for 7pm on 29th September 2011 at the La Bella Gazebo Chapel at the Hilton where we’ll be having an intimate wedding ceremony where Celine Dion will be joining us to sing a couple of numbers (just checking to see if people are paying attention!). We will be getting married outside in the gazebo so it should be a relaxed and informal cermony.
We’ve decided to get married on a Thursday to try and assist those of you that want to fly in or out of Las Vegas on a weekday when flights are invariably cheaper.

Our time in Vegas
David and Jacki plan to be in Las Vegas between 25th September and 30th September before moving on to San Diego on 2nd October.
Our booking plans
We've already booked our return flights to America with British Airways (we found an offer that was too good to turn down).
We aim to book hotel(s) between June and August 2011. Depending on how long we stay in Las Vegas and what hotel offers become available, we may choose to stay in two different hotels.
